We, Gemilang Coachwork Sdn Bhd (“GCSB”), being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gemilang International Limited (“GML”, together with its subsidiaries, “Group”), a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 6163), hereby makes a solemn declaration and clarification that neither GCSB, GML, nor any member of our Group has any business relationship or collaboration with, or interests (whether shareholding or otherwise) in Sun Bus Tech Sdn Bhd, nor is GCSB or GML an associate or otherwise related or connected with Sun Bus Tech Sdn Bhd or any of its directors or employees (including Mr. Phang Sun Wah, Ms. Phang Huey Shyan).

After consulting our legal advisers and with careful assessment, we believe it is important to be scrupulously clear for the benefit of our Customers, Suppliers and fellow Stakeholders as a whole.

If any person or company uses any data, images, intellectual property rights or other information owned by our Group without our authorization, consent or permission, or unauthorizedly act on behalf of GCSB, GML, or any member of our Group, we reserve our rights to pursue all available legal remedies.
