AMA Group Pty Ltd (“AMA Group”, Stock Code: AMA.AX), Australia’s leading collision repair and automotive supply business, has entered into a strategic service agreement with Gemilang International Limited (“GEMILANG”), a Hong Kong-listed (Stock Code: 6163.HK) bus and bus body manufacturer based in Malaysia.
This collaboration aims to develop environmentally friendly bus body building solutions for next-generation fully electric buses and establish local assembly capabilities in Australia.
