Job Scope & Duties

  • IPQC inspection (In process QC inspection).
  • Process audit (OPT / Material / M/C).
  • Inspection job follows up.
  • Rejection monitoring.
  • On hold and rework parts inspection.
  • Daily parts measurement.
  • Daily data measurement.
  • Inspection of jig equipment maintainers.
  • Do first piece sample.
 
 

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Automotive Technology or its equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with QC background and knowledge.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Production Officer (Chinese Speaking)

   

Job Scope & Duties

  • Plans and manages production schedules to meet customer delivery requirement and best utilize the company’s productive capacity
  • Develops a production schedule detailing all task and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
  • Monitors project’s progress to ensure it’s on schedule
  • Ensure goods manufactured are produced in a cost-effective way that meet quality
 
  • Specifications
  • Troubleshoots problem that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery malfunctions
  • Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency
  • Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by production manager
 
 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Automotive Industry or its equivalent
  • Must be willing to work in production environment and able to work overtime at times

Internship - Production Department

   

Job Scope & Duties

  • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Production Manager.
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Management/ Industrial Management Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • IT literate – familiar with MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
  • Good report writing skill.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken language for Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added-advantages).
  • Must be able to work at Seelong, Senai.

Internship - Part Sales Department

   

Job Scope & Duties

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, shipping documents.
  • Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
  • Receive and respond to customer complaints.
  • Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
  • Prepare and ship orders to designated locations.
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
 
  • Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
  • Perform stock checks and correct system differences.
  • File copies of orders received, or post orders on records.
  • Inspect outgoing work for compliance with customers' specifications.
  • Recommend type of packing or labelling needed on order.
  • Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management.
 
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • IT literate – familiar with MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
